Accelskill Academy is expanding its HRD Corp–levy claimable training portfolio and is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Training & Marketing Manager to plan, promote, and grow our training programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify marketable HRD Corp Levy-claimable courses and suitable trainers to deliver them.
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to attract participants and company clients.
- Plan and maintain an annual training calendar aligned with HRD Corp priorities.
- Build and manage relationships with companies, trainers, and industry partners.
- Drive participant recruitment and course promotion to achieve monthly enrolment targets.
