Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized Program Coordinator to support delivery across multiple teams. This role is ideal for someone with experience in program/project coordination, project management, Scrum Master responsibilities, or Agile delivery support who is strong at follow-up, communication, and keeping actions moving.
What we need:
2+ years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, project management, Scrum Master, or similar delivery support roles
Experience facilitating team meetings, standups, planning, or other Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Strong skills in capturing action items, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring ownership of deliverables
Experience coordinating work, dependencies, and communication across multiple teams
Comfortable handling escalations, status reporting, and stakeholder updates
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up on discussed actions
Experience with SharePoint, task/action track...
