Program Coordinator
We currently seek a Program/Project Coordinator with experience using PPM tool, Plainview.
Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the corporate strategy and the full program of work and strategic roadmap. Accountable for the EPMO and Strategy reporting process, including data integrity, communications, report/ dashboard generation and assistance with distribution. Maintain and enhance existing project, program and portfolio reporting relating to the Board + EPMO Steering Committee. Provide EPMO meeting management and logistics support. Managing the schedule of meetings, attending meetings as required, producing agenda’s, taking minutes, and following up on EPMO action items.
