Our client - a major utility firm based out of Westchester County, NY - has an immediate need for a Program Coordinator. The particulars of the position are as follows.

Project Overview:

This is an entry level position with our ideal candidate being a results-driven team player with energy in a fast-paced environment. This role will support the Environmental Justice department to help plan and execute external-facing events and programs.

Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Assist with all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, attendee travel, and onsite coordination, to ensure flawless execution on event day.

• Maintain & coordinate calendars, manage attendee lists, prepare name badges and conference materials, and manage event registrations.
