We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Coordinator to join our Youth Services team in Kamloops. This leadership role oversees programs that support youth experiencing homelessness, crisis, family conflict, and other complex challenges.

Overview

As the Program Coordinator – Youth Services, you will provide operational oversight, staff leadership, and community collaboration across the following programs:

Kamloops Youth Shelter – Provides safe, short-term shelter and support services for youth ages 13–18 experiencing homelessness, family conflict, or crisis.

Youth ReConnect – A prevention-focused program supporting youth ages 13–23 through advocacy, community connection, and family support.
