Merakey is looking for a Director who will oversee our Psych Rehab and Supportive Employment program in Sharon Hill.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Oversee the implementation of recovery-based principles and processes in the efficient operation and delivery of mental health services. Operate program within prescribed budget regarding maintenance of business activity and expenditures. Assume accountability for successful business process outcomes. Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external behavioral health programs and departments to ensure comprehensive service delivery. Coordinate and assure compliance with state, county, payer and service program requirements, policies and procedures.
