Program Engineer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of semiconductor manufacturing programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, R&D, production and external partners to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
• Timeline & Budget Management: Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently to meet project milestones.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and take corrective actions as necessary.
• stakeholder communication: Serve as the primary point of contract for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, progress and timely escalation of critical topics.
