What you’ll do
- Lead end-to‑end execution of cross-regional operational excellence programs across GCO
- Drive program governance, KPI tracking, and disciplined delivery of business outcomes
- Analyze operational performance (IB, field productivity, cost) to identify gaps and improvement actions
- Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of global best practices
- Partner across Regions, Field Ops, Product Groups...
