• Excellent communication skills, ability to handle a group of direct report employees.
• Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
• Understands shipment process/methods and incoterms.
• Quotation and RFQ skills.
• NPI management.

• OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer request and reports.
• Flexibility (able to take calls/meeting out of standard worktime)
• Able to handle customer visit/agenda, plant tours.
