Overview

: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAFe Program Manager to lead the successful implementation of our large-scale agile initiatives using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) at symplr. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAFe principles and practices, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of driving complex programs to successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership: Lead and guide the implementation of multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
