Program Manager

About the role

This role provides strategic and operational leadership across justice‑related transition services, overseeing program delivery, compliance, performance, and partnerships. You will lead and support a multidisciplinary team, work closely with community, government, and service partners, and ensure culturally safe, strengths‑based practices that promote participant self‑determination and positive long‑term outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead culturally responsive justice transition services with strong community impact.

Oversee program delivery, performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Manage budgets, reporting, risk, and funding obligations.

Lead, support, and develop a multidisciplinary team using strengths‑based, trauma‑informed practice.

Build strong partnerships with First Nations communities, Elders, government, and service providers.
