Job Description
We are looking for a Program Manager with direct experience in running EdTech programs—someone who has successfully managed students, mentors, and company operations to deliver impactful outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Run student batches end-to-end — from onboarding to successful completion.
- Make sure classes, timelines, and outcomes stay on track.
- Be the main link between students, mentors, and our team.
- Keep students engaged, track their progress, and step in if they fall behind.
- Support mentors so they can deliver smooth, high-quality sessions.
- Set up and improve post-sales processes for a better student journey.
- Keep an eye on key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS, etc.).
- Use data to find gaps and make programs better every cycle.
- Work with sales, content, and product teams to improve overall experience.
