End-to-End Ownership: Take high-level strategic directives from the C-Suite and translate them into executable project roadmaps. You will own the delivery, from the first kickoff meeting to the final post-mortem.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the ultimate bridge between Commercial, Logistics, Tech, and Customer Service. You will break down silos to ensure everyone is moving toward the same launch date and OKRs.
Process Engineering & Automation: Map out redundancies (e.g., seller onboarding, custom-order tracking, after sales) and design streamlined, automated solutions to help the business scale.
Data-Driven Execution: Define the success metrics for your initiatives. Partner with BI and Data Analysts to ensure you are tracking the right KPIs and proving the ROI of your programs.
