Drive high-volume hiring and training as a Program Manager, overseeing scalable talent acquisition and onboarding processes in a collaborative environment. Manage the complete delivery of ramp-up of over 2,000 employees within 8 months.
In this leadership role, you will enhance workforce demand planning and operational execution across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Training. You will ensure robust governance, capacity modeling, and risk management while coordinating with various stakeholders. The role demands a strategic mindset to maintain hiring, onboarding, and training efficiency under stringent deadlines.
