Job Description
Manage customer projects and their expectations, ensure all deliverables lead times are adhered to.
Drive project deliverables, develop project plans and goals with realistic timeline and budget constraints.
Identify resource need, develop schedules and methods for measuring.
Attend, interface and coordinate with customers in meetings, to define objectives, provide status updates, review project deliverables and quality.
Conduct necessary regular meetings with Team Leads, project teams, identify conflicts and provide issue resolutions.
Manage project metrics and assist PM in project coordination.
Qualification & Requirements
Hold Bachelor in relevant field. Otherwise, may hold a relevant professional qualification.
Experience or Practiced in BPO engagement model (Business Process Outsourcing).
Minimum 2 years' experience in managing multiple team projects (preferably engineering and technical fields).
