Join RTX as a Program Manager leading complex projects in the aerospace sector. Direct cross-functional teams while managing schedules, budgets, and ensuring strategic alignment with corporate goals.
In this role, you will oversee all phases of program management, liaising with customers and internal teams. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, manage cost and schedule performance, and ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety standards. You will mentor new Program Managers and lead business development initiatives for new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all phases of program management from concept to completion
• Serve as primary customer interface for project specifications
• Develop program strategies aligning with corporate targets
• Manage contract lifecycle, including negotiations and budgets
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
