Daily responsibilities:
In this role, you will collaborate across Commercial Banking and functional partners including Finance and other partners with the following:
Review program objectives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
Monitor the progress of multiple projects within the program to ensure they contribute to the overall program vision.
Adjust program plans and priorities as needed to address changes in business needs or external factors.
Provide guidance and oversight to project managers to ensure projects are on track and aligned with program goals.
Review project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure they meet program objectives.
Monitor interdependencies between projects and address any conflicts or risks that may arise.
