Job Description
The Program Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end planning and execution across cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, and QA. The role ensures timely delivery of key milestones by managing scope, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication, while enabling smooth collaboration across locations and continuously improving delivery processes.
Responsibilities
Own and manage delivery plans across multiple workstreams, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, and timelines
Drive execution across engineering, product, design, and QA teams to ensure alignment on priorities and commitments
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
Proactively identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; coordinate mitigation plans and escalate when required
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation including project plans, decision logs, release notes, and stakeholder updates...
