Program Manager - M&A Integration

At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for an experienced Program Manager – M&A Integration in Madrid to join a leading global technology company in the travel industry.

Main responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, driving and executing the post-merger integration of acquired companies , ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards and synergy targets.

Lead end-to-end M&A integration programs across corporate and business functions (IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Product, Operations).Define and execute integration strategies , operating models and Day 1 to Day 100 plans.Establish and run integration governance (Steering Committees, KPIs, RAID, reporting).Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders , ensuring clear decision-making and execution.Manage budgets, risks, dependencies and timelines across multiple workstreams.Drive change management, communication and cultural integration in multinational environments.
