Responsibilities:
Monitor and track progress of enterprise-wide initiatives to ensure value creation.Identify and resolve potential roadblocks to project success.Develop and implement strategic plans and projects across various programs.Provide analytics and business case support for strategic decision-making.Oversee performance measurement and reporting for key strategic initiatives. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Strategic Planning or Management, preferably in Banking or Financial Services.Proven background in leading and implementing successful strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
