The Program Manager will advise teams and project managers to ensure consolidated visibility of plans, risks, decisions, resources, and budgets for several projects related to a specific program.
Responsibilities
- Planning and coordination: Develop and maintain consolidated plans that align the projects with the objectives set by the program. This may include setting objectives, planning resources, and tracking costs and timelines.
- Governance: Develop and implement governance frameworks for the program. Regularly communicate with stakeholders to keep them updated on the program's progress, risks, decisions, and budget. This can include the preparation of status reports and presentation of updates to management teams.
