- On-site role at Oregon facility (right down the road from WHQ); typical work hours, days a week on site
- Possibility of one travel trip to St. Louis, where the other Air MI facility is; not set in stone, would likely be a week-long trip if approved
- Degree preferred, but not a dealbreaker for this role
- PMP certification nice to have, not required
- + years’ experience preferred in a program management role'

- Ability to accurately manage a program schedule with multiple project schedules feeding into it
- Project management software experience (Smartsheets, JIRA)
- Stakeholder management
- High level of communication and reporting skills (will be sharing program status with senior leadership consistently)
