New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Own end‑to‑end NPI program execution across multiple product categories, from development kickoff through production ramp and launch readiness.
- Translate Product Management requirements and PRDs into executable program plans, including scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing.
- Lead products through defined stage‑gate reviews (concept freeze, EVT/DVT/PVT, pilot build, mass production approval), ensuring cross‑functional alignment and executive visibility.
