We are looking for a motivated program manager to lead transportation technology roadmap for Mexico business and bring MX operations to global standards.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:
· Own and execute product roadmap for ATS transportation related products in Mexico
· Work with key stakeholders across various functions to plan and execute launches of new tech products
· Launch and expand the product as per Amazon’s requirements while being responsible for all customer and operator satisfaction, performance, compliance, financial related metrics.
· Use customer and market feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics to make informed decisions
· Exhibit program and product expertise that connects, understands, and leverages company-wide assets and capabilities
· Evaluate launch outcomes and reintegrate learning into the organization and product plan
