Laurencrest Youth Services Inc. is a non‑profit organization that offers trauma‑informed, community‑based services to at‑risk youth and their families in the Cornwall area, Akwesasne, and the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas, Glengarry, Prescott, and Russell. In 2025, we re‑opened our residential placement program, (2 beds) for youth 12‑18 years of age, in partnership with local child welfare agencies.
Position Summary
The Program Manager will be responsible for the day‑to‑day supervision of the 2‑bed residential program, ensuring service quality, youth safety, and regulatory compliance. This person will supervise front‑line staff, coordinate clinical and operational supports, and serve as the primary point of contact with child protection partners.
