Job Description

 
  Range Operations 
 This position will manage a complex system development within the larger our Aerospace program.
 
  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  Establish and manage cost, schedule, and performance for the Mobile range development and operation 
 Initiate the development, implementation, testing and integration of the Mobile range architecture
 Includes development of the work break down system
 Includes identification of resources and staffing commensurate with program and company financial objectives
 Evaluate risks and risk mitigation plans to determine if the risks are appropriate and risk mitigations are adequate
  Lead development of the Mobile range safety architecture, including obtaining approval from the applicable government agencies 
  Develop the communication, tracking, and telemetry design required for Mobile range functionality ...
