Join as the SRE Program Manager to spearhead the implementation of site reliability engineering strategies that align with business goals. This role emphasizes incident management and observability improvements.
The primary responsibility involves driving the SRE maturity across various operational areas, including problem management and readiness. You will facilitate communication between engineering teams, leadership, and external stakeholders, ensuring that SLOs and SLAs are effectively adopted. Your expertise will play a critical role in enhancing system reliability by managing initiatives that focus on automation and incident reduction.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead the implementation of SRE operational models and strategies • Manage and report on reliability KPIs and automation ROI • Establish governance around blameless postmortems and RCA • Drive improvements in observability and SRE tooling strategy • Support training and enablement of teams on SRE practices
