**Job Description**
The Compass Call Repair Station Program Manager will:
Oversee and manage an aircraft maintenance team, Quality Assurance Inspection Team and Ground Support Equipment Team for both customer and company owned aircraft assets. (Working in partnership with other contractors)
Serve as a liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. (Serves as the voice and decision maker at the site for BAE I&S)
Prepare project execution plan and identify technical and business resources needed.
Review status of projects and budgets, manages schedules. and prepare status reports.
Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.
In addition, this position serves as the BAE Systems Part 145 Repair Station Manager.
