ActioNet has an opportunity for a Program Manager requiring a Public Trust clearance in the Washington . metro area. Hybrid work is available.You will play a multifaceted role and be the main Point of Contact (POC) for the contract's IT support services and deliverables. In this role, you will ensure cohesiveness between all Tiers, develop, and execute process improvements, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The right candidate will work well with a team, exhibit excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated, and seek ways to improve the environment.Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides leadership and direction for Project and Program management staff, providing client and project management support, leading to high-quality client delivery

Maintain overall programmatic responsibility of the contract

Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions involving multiple contract tasks
