Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) from scratch for a large-scale technical product development program Lead change management efforts to get cross-functional teams engaged with the schedule — gathering input, incorporating feedback quickly, and building trust in the planning process Track and report schedule performance metrics and communicate status clearly to leadership Work closely with the Program Manager, Engineers, and functional leads to drive schedule alignment Facilitate planning reviews and program tracking meetings Translate ambiguous technical scope into clear, executable schedules Help teams crystalize ideas and work streams into structured plans Identify schedule risks and interdependencies and escalate proactivel...
