Program Quality Engineer

Requirements •Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Engineering, Quality, or a closely related field. •Minimum of five years of experience working for a tier 1 automotive supplier in Quality and advanced quality planning. •Minimum of five years' experience with QMS, IATF 16949 requirements, 8D Methodology, GD&T & Root Cause Analysis. •Proficiency with the AIAG Core Tools. •Ability to travel Internationally and domestically by car or plane. Responsibilities •Lead program development quality initiatives and PPAP activities, as well as preparation and reception of programs for serial production. •Develop a quality assurance concept in compliance with EET / customer/IATF/quality standards and requirements. •Drive quality tasks and complete deliverables according to process definitions for acquisitions, customer programs, engineering changes and maintain data in customer APQP portals. •Assess risks and opportunities in regard to Quality that may impact program objectives and trigger appropriate acti...
