About the role
As Program Support Worker you'll supervise and manage 2-hour contact visits between a parent and child referred by the Family Court, occurring weekly or fortnightly. These visits often involve families with complex needs and high-risk backgrounds, including domestic and family violence (DFV), mental health challenges, and drug & alcohol issues.
