The Role
You will lead a small team of Engineers operating at customer/end user sites across the globe. Your focus is operational: ensuring the team is ready, the mission runs smoothly, and the customer has a trusted partner on the ground. You'll be the bridge between our engineering organisation at home and the realities of the field.
Location: Caldas da Rainha when not travelling to customer sites
What you will do
Lead and support a small team of Forward Deployed Engineers in live operational environments
Act as the primary point of contact for the customer on-site and off-site, managing day-to-day operations and expectations under pressure
