 Programme Supervisor
 Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim
Our client is hiring a Programme Supervisor to support adults with disabilities in achieving greater independence, community inclusion, and personal development through person-centred support services.
 Key Responsibilities

Support service users to achieve personal goals and access community opportunities
Develop and deliver individual support programmes
Lead and support a team of staff
Promote independent living and person-centred planning
Maintain high standards of care, health & safety, and service quality
Work closely with families, stakeholders, and external agencies

 Requirements

Level 7 qualification in Health & Social Care or related field
Experience supporting adults with disabilities
Full clean driving licence
