Job Description
- Analyze, test, maintain and support manufacturing systems.
- Interface with other systems and users worldwide.
- Analyze and recommend changes for performance improvements.
- Follow documentation and configuration management policies and procedures.
- Help develop test cases and support documentation.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present facts and recommendations in oral and written form.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle pressure while managing multiple tasks.
- Solid problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with databases and knowledge/experience in SFDC, Java, SQL, PostgreSQL, Linux.
