Job Title: Programs Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various programs and projects for LAZADA in the Malaysia-Kuala Lumpur location.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met, maintaining a high level of communication and collaboration.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring efficient utilization and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Conduct regular status updates and prepare reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and potential risks.
• Support in identifying process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance program efficiency.
• Design and implement seller programs that align with LAZADA's strategic goals; tasks include but not limited to target setting, benefit design, program tracking, program framework design.
