PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
Working on a fixed‑term contract for six months (with possibility of extension) at a data centre construction site in Vihti, Kirkkonummi, or Espoo. The exact site will be determined later. You must be ready to work at any of these sites.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Administrator at the construction site, you will support daily operational, safety and administrative tasks to ensure site operations and compliance with EHS standards. The role requires 100 % on‑site presence and English language working.
- Collation and filing of EHS documents
- Safety trainings
- Logging and registering personnel
- Managing deliveries
- Ensuring collection and filing of third‑party test results
- Processing timesheet data to produce summaries and statistics
- Maintaining a daily work schedule
- Chairing weekly progress meetings and sharing outcomes with the management team
