Essential Skills
Master’s degree in architecture or a closely related architectural discipline.NCARB certification or active architectural license in Michigan, or currently progressing on a clear path toward licensure.8+ years of professional architectural experience, including work on industrial, commercial, multifamily, and municipal projects.Proficiency in Revit for design, documentation, and coordination.Demonstrated expertise in architectural principles, building codes, and zoning regulations.Strong experience in producing construction documents and managing design development phases.Proven ability to manage projects from concept through construction, maintaining budget and schedule.Effective communication skills for presenting design proposals and coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.Additional Skills & Qualifications
