- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security
- Collaborate with teams to enhance features and usability
CRM Management
- Manage CRM setup, customization, and data integrity
- Automate workflows and generate reports
- Use CRM data to inform targeted marketing and sales strategies
Collaboration & Strategy
- Align website and CRM functions with marketing, sales, and customer service goals
- Develop strategies for lead generation, customer retention, and data‑driven campaigns
