Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To support the Project Management in ensuring adherence to project plan by coordinating and monitoring project activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12/NQF4 equivalent is essential Engineering Diploma is essential 2 years' experience in Mining Projects is essential
COMPETENCIES: MS Office (Outlook, Word. Excel, Power Point, Access, Projects) SAP Project Management Skills
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Facilitates team employee selection. Oversees planned maintenance priorities. Allocates resources within section. Sets daily and weekly technical and operational targets. Reviews sections leave rosters. Determines work priorities. Calls out specialist expertise when problems occur. Changes plans and schedules on the shift to minimise the effect of unexpected problems.
