Requirements

• Candidate must be a Lawyer or a Licensed Engineer
• Has a sound knowledge of laws, regulations affecting the real estate development business
• With extensive background on regulatory compliance and government liaison in a real estate development set-up
• Skilled in leading a team and can render decisions when necessary
• Possessing strong assessment and analytical skills, paying careful and particular attention to details
• Good network/connections with concerned government agencies/offices is a plus
• Managers specializing in regulatory compliance or equivalent
