Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the full scope of project control functions including planning, cost control, risk management, change management, and reportingEnsure alignment with company standards, procedures, and objectivesManage development of project schedules and cost forecastsOversee cost control systems, budget performance, and variance analysis. Quantities and smooth cash flow managementPrepare and review contractual and commercial deliverables including tender documentationSupervise multidisciplinary and multicultural project control teamsProvide direction to planners and Cost controllers in developing, setting up, monitoring and controlling of project schedules, plan costs.
