Your impact
Provide project controls support across the full project life cycle (Pursuit → Close Out) for multiple projects in APAC, based in Manila.
Monitor and report on budgets, actuals, forecasts, and labor hours; prepare client and internal cost status reports.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Accountants for project initiation, setup in Oracle, and contract review processes.
Maintain and update project budgets, forecasts, and task codes in IPCS/Polaris; ensure alignment of contract, scope, budget, and schedule.
Lead drafting and approval of Project Controls Plan; assist in variation orders and invoicing/payment tracking.
