PROJECT CONTROLLER/SCHEDULER

Responsibilities

• Will play a crucial role in the business development and bidding process by creating robust, defensible, and compelling project schedules for inclusion in client proposals.
• Will translate the technical scope of work into a logical and clear project execution timeline, demonstrating the company's capability to deliver the project on time and within proposed constraints.
• Will closely coordinate with the proposal team, estimators, engineers, and project managers during the bidding phase.

Job Qualifications

• Has a bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or any related field; or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Has at least 3 to 5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls, preferably within an EPC, construction, or government contracting environment.
• Experience in developing schedules for proposals or bids is highly preferred.
