1. Front End Planning (FEP): Responsible for coordinating, facilitating and driving the Front End Planning processes, including risk profiling, project breakdown structure development, and integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
2. Project Monitoring & Control: Develop and maintain accurate schedules, perform weekly updates, and facilitate project metrics reporting.
3. Change Management: Ensure approved change control processes are followed and maintain project baseline integrity.
