Project Coordinator and Facilities Manager

Reporting to the Head of Property, Procurement & Capital Projects ANZ, you’ll oversee Abano’s Australian property portfolio, coordinating property projects and managing day-to-day facilities operations. This is a hands-on role combining project delivery, facilities management, contractor oversight and stakeholder engagement across a multi-site network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver property projects including new practice set-ups, refurbishments, relocations, expansions and closures
• Coordinate MARS project teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
• Manage repairs, maintenance and capital works efficiently and cost-effectively
• Oversee contractors and service providers across cleaning, security, maintenance and utilities
