Review and co-ordination of contracts, escalating any anomalies where requiredWorking closely with tenders and business development teams to help grow businessReview of contract budgets with ongoing forecasting, providing insight on costings to the project team. High level of Excel requiredOrganising quotes for additional resources, amending project timelines and liaising with vendorsCommunicating with a wide variety of departments across the business on project status and budgetsYour Profile
You will be an experienced Project Administrator with very strong organisational skills, financial acumen and a really keen eye for detail. You will enjoy a hands-on role building relationships across the business and working with lots of different department.
