About the Role
We are looking for a hands‑on Project Coordinator who can manage drawing updates in AutoCAD while actively coordinating trades and pushing projects forward.
This is not a passive role. We need a self‑starter who follows up, stays on top of details, and keeps things moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and revise drawings using AutoCAD based on site conditions and team input
- Coordinate with trades, suppliers, and internal staff to keep projects on track
- Follow up consistently to ensure tasks are completed (calls, emails, site coordination)
- Assist with project setup, documentation, and ongoing tracking
- Identify gaps or issues and take initiative to resolve them
- Support project managers with day‑to‑day coordination and execution
