Project Coordinator

Job Description

• Coordinate daily FTK/FTTH deployment activities
• Monitor project timelines and ensure target completion
• Prepare daily, weekly, and accomplishment reports
• Track manpower, materials, and site progress
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and client POCs
• Ensure completeness of documentation (permits, as-built, billing files)
• Follow up on pending site issues and escalations
• Maintain updated monitoring sheets and trackers

Working Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may extend depending on project urgency)
• Field-based / Site deployment
• Overtime and weekend work may be required depending on project deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, or related course
• With at least 1 year experience in telecom / fiber projects
