About the AI Access Programme
The AI Access Programme is a donor-funded programme designed to provide free applied AI
skills to 3,600 learners across Kenya. The programme targets both technical learners (software
developers) and non-technical professionals to bridge the national AI skills gap and foster
inclusive digital participation.
Role Overview
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end execution of the AI Access
Programme from partner identification and onboarding to programme delivery, learner
experience management, reporting, and post-training evaluation.
